“I found Bryan Natera when I was a late 50’s desk jockey, out of shape and in need of a major change. “I had two goals when I started working with Bryan. 1. To manage my constant pain better . I have had back pain for 18 years 2. To be able to keep up with my toddler son who is a fast sprinter! I went through some pretty tough medical hurdles but I kept going . Bryan was able to work with me and adjust our programs when my body just couldn’t handle it. Just one year into our program, I could finally say I live pain free. No more back pain, no more knee pains, no more pain. I honestly never thought I would be pain free. I did not even remember what it was like to get out of a chair, car or even bend down to tie my shoes without shooting pain. I can also say that I can catch my little dude who likes to run away! There is nothing like running around the laneway or at the park with our kids. I can keep up now!
